Return & Exchange Policy
At Realistic Dispo, your experience matters from the moment you walk through our doors until you enjoy your purchase at home.
If you open a product and discover a quality issue, defect, or other problem, simply bring the product back with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Our team will review the item and, once the issue is confirmed, we will gladly exchange it for the same product or a comparable product of similar kind and quantity, based on availability.
Due to the nature of cannabis products, approved returns are handled as exchanges only. We cannot provide cash or debit card refunds.
